• Items are sold in "as is" condition.  We allow a 24 hour inspection period.          Purchase online and you have 24 hrs come to showroom to  inspect and cancel for refund if item is not in acceptable condition.

• Items are available for viewing before purchase at our showroom. 
• Limited quantity available, no rainchecks. no refunds after 24 hrs of purchase date

• Custom Orders: All custom and special orders are final sale.
   
• Pricing: We strive to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors before or after an order is placed.
   

All payments must be made in full before products are delivered or services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and financing through Synchrony Bank.

We provide white-glove delivery in our local Cincinnati service area. Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access for delivery.

All content on our Site — including text, images, logos, and design layouts — is the property of ID Cincinnati or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.
